My professional journey spans 19 years across esteemed companies such as Compunnel, Oracle, and HCL, navigating key markets in the USA, Canada, and India. My career began uniquely as a young sailor, which laid the groundwork for a resilient and directive leadership style that has propelled me through various roles.

Certified as a ScrumMaster and an expert in Agile Leadership, I excel in people management roles. My career is distinguished by initiating and steering new teams and product lines towards successful conclusions. My strategic leadership has consistently enhanced operational efficiencies and responsiveness to market demands across each organization I have served.

Known for outstanding people management skills, I have led significant IT sales initiatives and fostered valuable enterprise-level relationships, driving substantial growth and profitability. My role as a strategic leader has strengthened my ability to develop comprehensive business strategies and build significant customer alliances across diverse geographical markets.

Beyond the boardroom, I am a devoted spouse of over 23 years, a passionate motorcyclist, an author, a pet parent, and an enthusiastic wildlife advocate.
